Don't Look Behind You


In the book Don't Look Behind You, there is a girl named April. She is a junior in high school and has an amazing boyfriend named Steve. She is her schools best tennis player. Basically her life is perfect. Her dad was the manager of an airline. He is off giving a testimoney at court. Her mom, who is a writer, has been anxiously awaiting his return. Then one day April is picked up at school early by her social grandmother Loreli. When she gets home, her mother is frantic and her father's best friend who is in the F.B.I is there. Her dad has been shot at! In this book full of love and suspense. You are sucked in by it's alluring word choice. Soon you are not you, but you are April. Trying to make sense of how and when her life went wrong. I would recommend this book to any one between the ages of 12-14. On a scale of one to ten, I give the book Don't Look Behind you a ...
